Every new workspace starts on a 30-day trial with the full Business feature set — PF/ESIC exports, performance, LMS and audit logs included. No card is required to start. When the trial ends you can stay on Free (up to 5 employees), subscribe to Team or Business from inside the app, or talk to us about Scale.
Every paid plan is a monthly base fee plus a per-employee charge for seats above the included count. Team is ₹1,999/month with 25 seats included and ₹45 per additional employee. Business is ₹3,999/month with 50 seats included and ₹75 per additional employee. Choosing yearly billing takes 20% off the annual total. 18% GST is added to the invoice.
Active employee records in your workspace. People you have marked as exited are not billed, and you are not charged for admins who are not employees. Seat counts are recalculated each billing period, so the bill follows your actual headcount.
Business and Scale generate the PF ECR v2.0 text file for the EPFO Unified Portal, the monthly ESIC contribution sheet, and state-specific Professional Tax calculations. Payroll on every plan computes EPF, ESI, PT and income tax deductions — the exports are what unlock on Business.
Yes, on every plan including Free. Set your office coordinates and an allowed radius — 50 metres, for example. Check-ins recorded outside that radius are flagged with the actual distance for the reporting manager to review, rather than being rejected outright.
You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays available in read-only form so nothing is lost while you decide.
